What we collect

When you apply, we collect what you type into the application (business and contact details, markets, experience, insurance details) and the documents you upload (certificate of insurance and workers' comp certificate or exemption). We also record the name you type as your signature and the date and time you accepted the agreements. After approval we collect your W-9 and payout details (ACH or Zelle) separately through a private link, not through this site, because those carry tax and bank identifiers.

How we use it

To review your application, verify insurance, assign and pay for jobs, issue year-end tax forms, and keep the signed agreement on file. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside Inside Out Window Cleaning except the services that run this site and process our payments, and as required by law.

Where it lives

Applications and uploads are stored in our private, access-controlled form inbox on Netlify (our hosting provider) and transmitted over an encrypted connection. Only Inside Out reviews them. We keep applications we don't approve for 12 months, and vendor records for as long as you work with us plus the period tax law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising pixels.

Your choices

Email vendors@insideoutvendor.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. Deleting a signed agreement ends the vendor relationship.
