Inside Out Window Cleaning

We book the jobs. You do the work. You keep 90%.

Inside Out Window Cleaning markets residential window cleaning in 28 Florida markets, from Jacksonville Beach to Naples. We take the calls, book the appointments, collect the money, and hand the jobs to one approved local vendor per market. No chasing leads, no invoicing, no card fees to worry about.

How it works

1. You apply

Ten minutes: tell us about your business, the markets you cover, upload your insurance, and sign the agreement online. We review within two business days.

2. We send you jobs

Customers book online or by phone. You get a text with the address, the tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), the scheduled window, and the price. Reply to accept.

3. You do the work

Show up as the local Inside Out crew, do it to our standards, walk the customer through it, send us a few photos. Customers on maintenance plans come back to you every time.

4. You get paid weekly

We collect from the customer. Each week you get 90% of the net (what the customer paid minus the card-processor fee) by ACH or Zelle, with a statement listing every job.

The math on a typical job

A Gold first clean on a 2,000–3,500 sq ft home is $379. Card processing is about $11.29. Net is $367.71. You receive $330.94. Inside Out keeps $36.77 for marketing, booking, customer service, and payment handling. Monthly-plan customers pay a flat monthly amount; your share is calculated the same way on each payment.

What you need to be approved

  1. General liability insurance, $1,000,000 per occurrence, with Inside Out Window Cleaning listed as additional insured. Upload the certificate with your application.
  2. Workers' comp coverage, or a current Florida exemption certificate if you qualify.
  3. A W-9 so we can pay you and issue your 1099 at year end. Don't upload it here; after approval we send you a private link to submit it, since it carries your tax ID.
  4. Experience and your own equipment. Water-fed pole or traditional, ladders, drop cloths, and the know-how to leave glass streak-free. We'll ask for a couple of references or photos of your work.
  5. Agree to the two documents that govern the relationship: the Independent Contractor Agreement and the Brand & Customer Experience Standards. Read them before you apply; they're short and plain.

Check every market you can cover reliably within the customer's booked window. Each market is the city and the surrounding towns listed.

Insurance and paperwork
Ask your agent to add "Inside Out Window Cleaning" as additional insured; a certificate without it is fine to start, but we'll need the updated one before your first job.
Don't upload your W-9 or anything with your Social Security or tax ID number here. After approval we send you a private link for that, and we collect payout details the same way.
Don't enter account numbers here. We'll collect payout details securely after approval.
Agreements

Please read both documents. They're short. Scroll each box or open the full page.

Independent Contractor Agreement (open full page)

In short: You're an independent business, not an employee. We book the customer and collect payment; you do the work with your own equipment, people, and insurance. For each completed job you receive 90% of the net amount (customer payment minus card-processor fees); we keep 10%. Payouts are weekly by ACH or Zelle with a statement. You back our guarantee: if a customer has a problem within 7 days, you return within 3 business days and make it right at no charge. Customers booked through Inside Out are Inside Out customers; you won't solicit or serve them outside Inside Out for 18 months after we part ways, and their details stay confidential. You keep $1M liability insurance and workers' comp or an exemption current. You follow the Brand & Customer Experience Standards on every job. Either side can end the agreement with written notice; serious violations end it immediately. Florida law applies. Checking the box and typing your name below is your signature.

Brand & Customer Experience Standards (open full page)

In short: Do exactly what the customer paid for, at the tier they booked, every pane. Never upsell, hand out your own cards, or take payment from an Inside Out customer; send them to us and you'll get the job. Report damage the same day, even if nobody noticed. No drugs, alcohol, smoking, or vaping on a job. Arrive inside the window or text before it starts. Clean vehicle, clean clothes, shoe covers inside, drop cloths every time. Introduce yourself as the local Inside Out crew and walk the home before and after. Close and lock what you opened. Never discuss pricing, billing, or refunds; that's ours. Send 3 to 6 after photos the same day. Customer addresses, gate codes, and alarm codes are confidential and are never kept or posted. Soliciting customers, lapsed insurance, impairment, dishonesty, unsafe work, or disrespect toward a customer ends the relationship immediately.
